Wood painting parties are a twist on the traditional wine and canvas paint parties however there is no skill required for this and you will be proud to hang your creation on your wall! You can choose from over 200 designs and we also accept custom requests as well. Unlike canvas parties, there is NO FREE HANDING involved! It's so easy, even kids can do it! How many people can attend a party?

We have a minimum of 10 guests for local parties and 20 guests for traveling parties. Any party that is 25+ miles from Bismarck, ND is considered a traveling party.

Where are the parties held?

The host is responsible for providing the space for the party. Private parties are typically help at the hosts home but you can also rent a space as well.

What does the host need to provide for the parties?

The host provides the space where the party will be held along with tables, chairs and guests (of course!) If you want to provide food/beverages, you can do that as well.

How long do the parties typically last?

Depending on the amount of guests and how many signs each person paints, the party can vary from 2-3 hours. The signs can be painted faster than 2 hours if a guest needs to leave early.

Are certain designs easier than others?

Yes! The more complicated the design, the more time consuming it will be. If you are looking for a super easy and relaxed experience, we suggest choosing a design that has fewer words/design components and/or designs with larger design components. Designs with intricate details are a little more difficult but definitely do-able.

Do you offer custom designs if I have my own design idea?

Absolutely! We charge $10 extra for custom designs. You will receive a proof of your design before the event so you can approve the design/fonts.

What is the cost of having a party?

There is no fee for hosting the party! We only charge per sign. Depending on the size and design you choose, price start at $35 and go up from there. The hostess gets a $35 credit toward any sign for hosting the party!

Can I make more than one sign at a party?

Yes you can!

Are painting parties only for adults?

No way! We have done children's birthday parties before and the signs turn out AHH-MAZING. This is an experience for all ages. Bring your kids, your mom and your grandma!

Do we need to pick paint colors ahead of time?

Nope! We have every color you can imagine and you can choose those at the event. All we need to know is the design #, size and stain. If the design you choose has any personalizations, please include those as well. (Last name, est. date, etc)

How do we pay for our sign?

You will pay at the party and we accept cash or credit cards. All cards are subject to a 3.5% processing fee.

What is the deadline to register for a party?

The deadline is one week prior to the party.
